How to Display Running Apps in Android

Many apps run in the background. Some of them we did not install. They include background services. Some of these apps are essential for your Android to work; however, many of them are unnecessary. You could uninstall or disable many of these apps; therefore, you’ll have more memory and storage available in your phone. So here’s how you can list running apps on Android.
Note: you need “Developer Mode” enable for this to work. If you want to enable developer mode. You can learn how to do it here.

1- Open the Settings app
2- Scroll down to “Developer Mode” and open it.

3- Scroll to “Running Services” and tap on it.
